Our co-working space, The Transfer, has two meeting rooms. The Board Room holds 8 people around the table. The Filing Room is a cosier, less formal space for 4 people. Both have access to the internet.
Available for £5/hr or £30/day to members.
You can also book a projector & screen, and coffee, teas & biscuits.
We have some larger meeting rooms for up to 60 people here.
We do not send invoices for these bookings. Your confirmation of booking will act as proof of expenditure. We are not VAT registered so no VAT is payable.
People on one of our monthly membership plans can hire each of these meeting rooms for £5/hr or £30/day.
They are normally available Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

Refreshments are not included in these prices but can be added extra. We also have a projector and screen available. Please add these to your booking if required. Our drinks are as ethically sourced as possible. We have a range of herbal/alternative teas. We also provide oat milk as well as cows’ milk. One booking of refreshments corresponds to either provision for the morning or the afternoon. If you require both, please book these twice.
Please specify on the form whether you would like the Board Room or the Filing Room.
We are unable currently to provide lunch ourselves, but have a lovely cafe on site, open Monday to Saturday. Take a look here.
To access the meeting rooms you need to come down the driveway beside 506 Moseley Rd and ring the door bell for The Transfer. The meeting rooms are on the first floor and unfortunately we do not have lift access.
